Being Resilient in the ‘Anti-Social Century’

Presented by Nicole Weis, MA, LPC, LAC, the director of Healing and Community Programs at the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at UCCS.  Nicole will discuss the effects of loneliness on physical health and life expectancy, and ways to build resilience even during challenging times. Come and be enlightened and inspired to help others.
Enjoy an additional treat: Musical performance by local singer-songwriter Joe Uveges, celebrated for his soulful acoustic style and heartfelt lyrics.
