The AAUW-COS Branch schedules informative and socially relevant programs and women- and girl-focused events monthly from September through May. Meetings are open to the public and guests are welcome. Who is Eligible and How to Apply:
- AAUW is open to anyone with an associate degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
- When you join a branch, you pay national, state, and local dues, which allows both national and local branch membership, most of which is tax deductible. Lifetime, student, and other special memberships are also available. Click here for the updated pricing schedule.
- You may be a guest at two interest group meetings prior to joining. For a current list of Interest Groups, click here.
- If you are entirely new to AAUW and wish to join directly from our website, please download and complete the AAUW “Save the Future” New Membership Profile found here. You are eligible to receive a one-year discount of 50% off the national dues by attending a branch meeting or event.
- Mail form and check, payable to AAUW (NOT AAUW-COS!) to: AAUW Treasurer, 1580 Old North Gate Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 If you wish to pay by card click on the yellow DONATE button above.
- Once your membership has been accepted, you will be given instructions on how to create your personal portal on National’s Website on the AAUW Community Hub: Tools & Resources page.

In principle and practice, AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or class.
RENEWAL:
- Your membership renewal date is the anniversary date of when you joined.
NOTE: If you joined AAUW before May 2022 and have not lapsed your membership, your renewal date is JUNE of each year. - PLEASE login to your account on AAUW National’s online portal annually to update your Personal Snapshot. See instructions below under How to Renew Online.
- If your membership has elapsed for more than 60 days, login to your AAUW account to re-join. Your annual renewal date will change accordingly. Please contact the Membership V.P. (contact information below) for assistance as needed.
HOW TO RENEW ONLINE:
- Login to your AAUW National Online Account by clicking here .
- Scroll down and click on the BLUE RENEW button.
- Update your Personal Snapshot by confirming/updating all information
- Select your membership renewal options:
- Branch Membership – scroll down and check CO8004-Colorado Springs Branch Dues
- State dues (Colorado) will be pre-selected upon checking Branch Dues.
- Select Pay Now – Credit card and input your payment information. OR, pay by check, payable to AAUW (not AAUW-COS) and mail to: AAUW Treasurer, 1580 Old North Gate Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
